Our spaniel puppy Maggie started at Acres at 6 months old and she is always so excited to go each week. The staff are very kind and always prompt at responding. It’s obvious the safety and wellbeing of the dogs is very important to them and they were very reassuring that Maggie would be adequately supervised and cared for appropriately, particularly given her young age. Our 3-year-old Havanese has been going to Acres4Dogs once a week for the past few months. His confidence has grown immensely during that time and he seems to absolutely love the centre. For the first few weeks he was very nervous at drop-off but now he runs inside without so much as a backwards glance, which can only be a good sign!He loves to play with other dogs when he is in the right mood but he often prefers a cuddle with the nearest human instead of non-stop playtime. Other daycares have made us feel like he wasn’t welcome unless he was up for tearing around playing ALL day long, but at Acres that doesn’t seem to be an issue, which is greatly appreciated.The only downside is that despite living a 7-minute drive from the centre they won’t do pick up or drop off at our address, which makes life a little more complicated, but so far it’s been worth the extra hassle to know that he is being well looked after somewhere that he seems to enjoy being!

We have been incredibly happy with the team at Acres and the service they provide for our 8 month old puppy. My puppy Duke has recently joined the Acres 4 Dogs family, and he absolutely loves it. He is beyond excited when he gets collected for the fun bus, and comes home a happy confident puppy. He's only 4 months and I can see the positive impact of socialising with the other dogs and his training/manners which he's learning through the amazing staff organically through the day. For a very busy single pup parent, the convenience of the fun bus is perfect for me. Plus the trust I've build due to the genuine people caring for my boy sets me very much at ease and I know he's in good hands!I would highly recommend Acres 4 Dogs to anyone looking for a top notch day care for their floof!

The team was super helpful at arranging a visit to ensure I felt comfortable with knowing where he was going and how it works. Since he's been there I've been really happy and impressed with their services and general approach. She normally goes on a Monday and has figured out when daycare day is, so when we get ready upstairs, she waits at the front door for pick up and it’s all guns blazing when the van finally arrives. It was great to see multiple areas suitable for differing size of dogs to allow good social interactions. There is also a covered area suitable for shade, dry and resting.Our dog is really happy to go the site, settles well on the journey from home and is tired when she returns back from Acres4Dogs. We have been using Acres 4 dogs daycare for two years twice a week and our working cocker absolutely loves it and can’t wait to jump in the van on daycare days. Very professional business with great staff and very good communication with you as a customer. Always gets back to you quickly and very friendly if any questions. At site there are plenty of space for the dogs to play both indoors if the weather is bad but especially outdoors with large creative areas and also a pool area for those hot summer days. The dogs are placed together with similar sized dogs with the same character to feel as comfortable as possible and are always monitored by multiple staff. On those wet and muddy days the dogs are rinsed and towel dried before the transport back home. Always picked up and dropped off by the same person which makes the dog feel safe and happy and our dog’s “carer” Rochelle has been absolutely amazing and our dog adores her and can’t wait for daycare days. We have found this the perfect way to get our dog to learn how to interact and play with other dogs in a stimulating and safe environment and he has become much more calm and secure around other dogs when out walking. Can absolutely recommend this place.

I absolutely recommend the service which the team at Acres4dogs offers! As a single dog mum who adopted a puppy during lockdown, I can safely say that the wellbeing, safety and - in a large part - the good behaviour is down to his attendance at Acres4dogs. From 12 weeks, Mac has attended, on average, 3 days per week. As soon as the doorbell rings, Mac is literally jumping up & down to get to the door to welcome the pick up! And he’s satisfyingly mellow by the time he’s dropped off in the evening. The team are all amazing; super friendly, extremely reliable and often very flexible when I request a last minute change to the schedule! I’ve only visited the complex once but the facilities are next level doggy paradise. I am so thankful for the trustworthy the team, knowing that he’s safe & having the best fun with his puppy pals.

We were thrilled to find Acres4Dogs. Our rescue Border Terrier's recall is not reliable when he decides to go on an adventure, so we were pleased to see their system of gates as well as super-secure fencing in their paddocks (no, he couldn’t find any gaps).Most importantly, he loves his weekly visit, which is preceded by whining and shaking in excited anticipation, and then barking when he hears the bus. He is very sociable with other dogs and the set-up gives him the chance to run off-lead and play with other dogs as well as have cuddles with the super staff. We think the only reason he is willing to come home is that it's dinner time. He rushes in straight to his bowl and then crashes out, exhausted, for the evening.We really recommend Acres4Dogs - we wouldn’t send our much-loved lunatic if we didn’t trust them and know he was having a great time.

We enrolled our cockapoo puppy, Denver, in at Acres a few days after we got her (following a number of recommendations from neighbours here in Barnes) - she’s our first dog and we were so grateful for David and Ian (the owners) being on hand to offer tips and advice! The service from Acres is superb - reliable, trustworthy, professional and responsive - we can relax knowing that Denver is in safe and very capable hands. Denver has a fantastic time at daycare - she waits by the door every morning and leaps into her driver’s hands - she can’t wait to go off for a day of running around and playing! She plods in late afternoon, completely content and totally exhausted, bless her! No amount of long walks or garden play could compare - she gets so much from her time at Acres, it’s been great for her socialisation and confidence - she loves it so much that we increased her to 5 days a week and she is beyond pleased! Couldn’t recommend Acres highly enough - a massive thank you to the whole team there!

Walter absolutely adores Acres. He started out in puppy daycare and now, six years later, he’s a veteran of doggy daycare. He’s never missed a visit and sits at the window every Friday morning, waiting for the van to arrive. When he comes home he’s always very content and very tired after what has obviously been a busy day with his friends. It seems to be a mutual appreciation society between him and the staff. They are always keen to have him to stay when we’re away and we can always relax knowing he’s being personally looked after with such care. In six years Walter’s never had any complaints and neither have we.

The only downside for us was that our location was not served by the Fun Bus, so we had to seek out an alternative daycare solution. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful experience overall!

They’ve always been flexible where they can with ad hoc days and dropping off and picking her up if I need it, as well as speedy to reply to emails. As she’s an older dog, Acres for Dogs always put her with similar age and temperament dogs too which is important to me. Acres have been taking care of our now 4 month old Bailey for the past month and he couldn’t be a happier wee pup. I found Acres4dogs after a quick Google search as we desperately needed daycare for our three and a half month old Jack Russell 'Rhu'. Acres was very local to us for pick up and they were able to take her on straight away. The ability to watch her varied activities with other puppies in the wonderful spaces which the company posts daily on Instagram has been great fun. My experience with Acres 4 Dogs has been great from the start. After contacting them online to enquire about their daycare services the team quickly replied, answered all of my queries and arranged for me to visit their facilities. Shortly after this Zeke my mini goldendoodle started attending one day a week. The collection and drop off service works smoothly, with great communication from the team. After his first session we were updated on how he had settled and saw a video and pictures of him having fun. Zeke loves going each week as he is keen to leave when the bus arrives to pick him up and he looks like he is having great fun on the instagram updates playing with other dogs. He is always content when he arrives home and quickly settles down for a nap. I would recommend the daycare for other dog owners!

Our miniature dachshund puppy Oakley has been going to Acres for a few months now and it’s a relief for me to know that he is being taken care of. As he’s so small he’s in the puppy pen still being socialised correctly and safely which is great because it’s really brought him out of his shell when meeting other dogs on walks. He comes home very tired everyday and happily goes with the handler in the morning. I can’t recommend them enough for looking after your precious babies and they have made working and having a pup more reachable and enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend!

I started using them a couple of months ago when our pointer was 4 months old. I really appreciate the care they take to ensure she gets the extra attention she needs with her still being a puppy. I also appreciate their flexibility for weeks where I need to add an extra day of doggy care due to work commitments. The fun van picks up Windsor precisely on time at 7 am and returns him between 4 and 5 pm. They are easy to communicate with and very helpful with Windsor's care. Windsor comes home excited and even more excited to take the van in the morning. I am glad I found them as we are new to London and the UK. I feel very lucky and highly recommend them!

I visited Acres 4 Dogs and liked what I saw - happy dogs, calm and clearly experienced handlers, attention to safety and security, a concern for each individual dog and a friendly but professional set up. Fast forward a year and I can honestly say Acres 4 Dogs has been hugely instrumental in helping my rescue stray settle into a new life. Even living in a house was very strange for Blue at first. Training is slow though he has learnt not to jump up at visitors - with the exception of Bradley, a work still in progress, but perhaps the best recommendation for Acres 4 Dogs. Acres 4 Dogs is a fantastic and reliable doggy daycare service - the staff are kind, courteous, attentive and professional and most importantly our Norwegian Elkhound Shadow loves going! Shadow has been attending since she was about 4 months old. She looks out the front window every morning in the hope of seeing Daryl or Lee come up the drive (although she doesn't get to go everyday!). Acres has been fantastic for Shadow's socialisation and development from puppy to teenager. We are busy professionals and in short, having the dog of our dreams and giving her the life she deserves wouldn't be possible without Acres. Thank you!

Have been using for about 6 years and they have always provided a fantastic service with a tired and happy dog coming home each evening. You can tell our dog loves going there as she is always happy to see the staff arrive to pick her up in the morning. The guys have been great at dealing with our last minute emergency requests and even kept our dog for us when my wife gave birth to our twins. Highly recommended.

Acres is quite simply amazing. The level of care and attention they give to each dog is incredible and everyone who works there is a genuine dog lover. When you’re entrusting your beloved pup to day care you want to know from the moment they’re collected to the moment they get home they’re in safe hands. We’ve used Acres for 5 years and we have not had a single problem in that time – Bertie comes home super contented every night having played his heart out all day long.When we started investigating the options for day care Acres blew us away with how focused they are on the dog’s needs (air conditioning in the back of the vans for example so the pups are kept cool in summer not just the drivers) and how open they were at showing us the facilities. Ever since then we’ve only been more and more impressed – the swimming pool is Bertie’s favourite hang out in the summer but no matter how much time he spends in there (or in muddy puddles when the weather isn’t so good) he’s always dropped home clean, dry and happyMy only regret is that I don’t work there myself!!!

Poppy has been been a regular at Acres for Dogs since she was a puppy, almost 9 years! She loves her days with all the Acres staff, and comes home hungry and exhausted. Always understanding and helpful when Poppy is unwell too, I can not recommend them enough.

We cannot recommend Acres highly enough. Milly, our ten year old Westie, has been a regular since she was six months old and loves her doggy day care. Ian and David are incredibly helpful, just recently helping us cope with Milly's back problems, and have always been able to take Milly for extra days and even 'sleepovers'. We love this service and would find it very hard to cope without it!
